In this challenging project, installed on a superyard, the main focus lays on the extremely high resolution of the new microtiles ® display technology. imagine a display twelve times as detailed as FullHD, almost 5 metres wide, driven by 12 synchronized high definition signals...

• planning, developing and implementing of a seamless ultra-high-resolution displaywall consisting of 60 christie microtiles ®

• dimensions 4800 x 1800mm

• resolution of full array 8640 x 2700 pixels > canvas of 23.32 mp

• graphics with three nvidia quadro plex 2200 workstations for realtime 3d graphics on linux servers

the round foyer of the four star design hotel berlin, berlin got an interactive video installation in its center.

80sqm projection on the spanish toyota roadshow

the purpose of this over-sized installation was the virtual revitalization of a desert environment with the implication of every visitor. the 80sqm realtime-rendered floor was syncronized to the video installation on the walls to build a continous virtual reality.

virtual flowered walk for a royal wedding in saudi arabia

the bride, princess latifa bint abdulaziz al-saud, paced into the queenly ballroom over an interactive projection realized by tigges media engineering. last minute created content for the royal dynasty al saud. it was a priceless experience to work closely together with the royal staff in this project. due to the short timetable in the whole installation i supported the light and sound setup inside the ballroom as well.

16 projectors in parallel for epson booth on ifa 2007

epson planned its performance on the ifa 2007 as "epson city" inside hall 21b, a huge illusion of streets and cars ready for interaction with the visitor. these virtual elements have been realized as an over-sized floor projection. as epson is a leading company for projector-technology, the focus of realization laid in the use of small cutting-edge business projectors. to reach this goal with a perfect result, 16 projectors where installed in a synchronized array of 4 "living surface"® -computers by vertigo systems.
